Are you experiencing a problem with your flexible endoscope image? e-Scope is the industry leader in CCD (chip) rewiring and all image related repairs. At some point during its lifespan, your scope will likely have an image defect. Common problems can range from static, blurriness, or even complete loss of image. These image deficiencies are typically a result of fluid intrusion, damaged lens, or worn CCD wiring in the scope’s bending section.

Allow e-Scope to assess your scope’s image problem. Upon receiving, you will be called with a prompt estimate. Repairs begin upon your approval. If the image is not restorable, you are not charged.

e-Scope offers its customers a viable substitute to the manufacturer’s overhaul. Avoid being socked by this astronomical and unnecessary expense. Again, our focus is finding solutions to improve your bottom line. In this case, the solution is to repair when the manufacturer will only replace.  Experience e-Scope’s meticulous attention to detail and proven craftsmanship.

CCD Rewiring

It takes precision and patience to rewire a component this small.  The CCD wire in your endoscope degrades overtime as the scope is repeatedly flexed.  Allow e-Scope to determine your image defect and avoid the manufacturer overhaul.  From CCD disassembly to microsoldering the new wire to your CCD, e-Scope incorporates its proven procedure to restore your flexible endoscope image in an ESD safe environment. e-Scope has the experience and craftsmanship to handle all of your image related needs.

Connector Rewiring

Fluid intrusion, whether as a result of forgetting to install the water cap or processing the scope with a leak, can significantly deteriorate a scope's components.  Fluid found in the connector can corrode contacts or contribute to weak solder joints and brittle wires.  Static, bleeding image, or complete loss of image can be the result of fluid invasion in the connector or previous substandard rewiring.

Repairs on the inside of the scope, hidden from the customer's view, should be every bit as aesthetically and functionally sound as the repairs visible to the customer.  e-Scope performs all connector rewiring under microscope to ensure optimal image performance and longevity.
