e-Scope offers a comprehensive inventory management program that is customized to provide you with the information you need and the transparency you deserve.
It all starts with a barcode tracking number. This tiny barcode is discretely placed on your scope. This allows e-Scope to efficiently receive your equipment into our system simply with a push of the scanner trigger. Once logged in, e-Scope can view a particular scope’s previous service history. This data allows us to identify potential areas of improvement in cleaning or maintenance protocol by observing repetitiveness of repairs. It gives us the tools to make cost-effective recommendations about your equipment.
You will have information in your hands to not only manage your budget, but assess our performance. e-Scope will provide a concise semi-annual report that details frequency of repairs and total repair dollars spent. In addition, all repair history and procedure counts (if applicable) for each endoscope will be segmented for easy accessibility. e-Track is reliable analysis of your complete endoscope inventory.
